How to Take Money Out of Your Pension
You need to be very careful cutting your hours before you retire. Some schemes have rules that state what you get in retirement is literally a percentage of your final salary. So if you were to cut your working hours to say go part time for three or six months before retirement, you're going to have the same pension as when you worked full-time.
