The Battle for Attention
People are not being trained necessarily for their jobs, especially in sort of financial context. The fact that you can beautifully be utilized and the elegance that comes with online platforms these days is something we expect now in our professional lives. And if that's not replicated, then already we've got a problem with how we're taking information in or whether we take it in at all. We start alienating people if we don't show them we understand their role but also creating training experiences akin to what they might receive in their day to day lives.
