What Are Your Wellness Routines?
I am never on my phone at nighttime. The phone goes into airplane mode. We leave our phones out of the bedroom. Usually they charge in the next room. No phone, no TV before bed. I like to read just like straight up fiction at nighttime. Anywhere from 20 minutes to 40 minutes, 45, maybe an hour,. I read, it just helps to wind down, shut the brain off. So this is what makes me feel amazing throughout the day. I love my routines. It helps me to just feel grounded and calm through the day. And it helps me to find gratitude at the end of the day.
