How Long Does It Take to Fall Asleep?

Research shows that when you get less sleep over a period of time, your sleep quality goes up. So even if you're someone who spent 30 minutes in bed or 40 minutes in bed trying to fall asleep and you're like, Oh my God, like I'm not getting my hours now? According to the research, that's still way better than only having a five hour sleep opportunity. If you want to reduce sleep onset latency, which is basically how long does it take to fall asleep? The best way to do that is just start sleeping five hours a night and you'll start falling asleep as injury hits the pillow. But it'll be worse.
