The Importance of Branding

HBR will never blog. And then they did. They use clickbait for a little while. One of the interesting things that they do, which I think is important and where we've probably flubbed ourselves before, is they dedicate resources specifically to the medium that they're creating for. You can't try to use your exact format and just publish it in a separate place and have it look the same - you need people that are pretty much dedicated to those channels.
