This is going to be something that you can do anywhere, anytime. If you're feeling lethargic, tired, low energy, like you just can't get out of bed or be bothered with the things you need to handle in your life, this is a good practice for you. Get a comfortable seat or you can stand any position works for you as long as you're upright. I'm going to count us through six for breath, inhaling for six, exhaling for four. Let's begin.
