The idea of never don't never build a solution without direct feedback that a customer really wants it is such an important point. There's a great example in the book Jeremy about a treadmill company they had a big problem to solve with the treadmill how do they experiment their way out of that problem? We can all relate to that because we go I hold on for dear life right well what's funny from a from a treadmill manufacturers perspective is none of that apparatus was meant to be held on to for dear life or delicate you know expensive screens and things like that it's not meant to.
