In our state PAs can own their own practice they just have to have a supervising physician sign off on a certain percentage of their charts. I would say in general your salary just to be salary is going to be higher in the bigger cities. Losing our jobs and so since we're employed by hospitals or physicians if they ever decide like in and in COVID right so a lot of PA's got furloughed. And then other places we do a lot of outpatient elective surgeries and they lost 85% of revenue overnight is what they said because they had to shut down their surgery center.
