I think it's time for a lot of us to get out of bed and go to work. I raise my children Right now like I'm hard on my son. Joe Rogan just had a video that I thought was brilliant He's like go for a walk every single day But he's like you'll see how hard it actually is because you're gonna your body's gonna tell you I'm not really interested today or whatever.
