How Do I Optimize My Training Hours?

We need capacity to absorb a demand and gain positive adaptations. Most of us cannot move away family just to get into training, and we're not going to quit working. To do a half in man, you've got to have some between eight and 12 hours a week. It is with those training hours that you then, on a big picture level, can start to plot your training programme. The third step is one that is often by past and really important. Stepping away from the non negotiable commitments in life, be it family, be it work, be it train, is a really important part to carve into your daily and weekly existence.
