Is the Agant Carp Doing in America in the First Place?
Agiant carp were brought to america in the 19 seventies for catfish farms. They escaped into the mississippi river, and their population has just exploded accidentally. Now there's a concern that they could bypass some of these barriers in manmade canals and waterways around ch Chicago. And if they do that, thy poses by a diversity issue, because they have displaced some native fish species.
