Douglas Ellerman: Realtor.com has come out with new numbers that shed light on what is happening with the rental market. He says rents are officially beginning to cool across the country, but things are still not affordable compared to where they were. Ellerman: If inflation continues to rise, it's going to continue to be harder for those low and to middle income tenants.
