At Charing Cross, we insist on having patients who have gay impairment and they have to have an IMPH rad scale score that's over five. And if that's the case, then we'll move to a CSF tap test. We do cognition scales as well, largely for interest more than using them as a criteria to decide upon shunting. There's quite a lot of evidence out there that there is a specific profile that you get in populations with MPH where the AB to 40, 42, and 40 are low. That's slightly higher morbidity associated with it potentially meningitis, although I must say I haven't seen that yet.
