We do cognition scales as well, largely for interest more than using them as a criteria to decide upon shunting. There's quite a lot of evidence out there that there is a specific profile that you get in populations with MPH where the AB to 40, 42, and 40 are low. That's slightly higher morbidity associated with it potentially meningitis, although I must say I haven't seen that yet.
