Hurricane Katrina and Climate Change

I remember, like in 2018 when the last set of midterms came, there was a large migrant caravan that came to Tijuana. And you had huge nonprofits outside and they cut off the water to the place where these people works. They wanted them to go somewhere else. It was really illustrative to me of how these massive nonprofits can raise a shit ton of money and still completely fail people when they need help the most.
