The Benefits of BCA for Muscle Growth

The literature suggests it might benefit you with the caveat that there isn't a lot of research on it and all the literature that is available has conflicts of interest. The muscle growth is going to be something like 50 percent training 30 percent protein uh 10 percent calories i mean maybe not 10 percent calories if it's adequate caloriesmaybe 10 percent for meeting a little bit more than that. I think i'm up to am i up to 80 or 90 i don't know 5 percent creatine 5 percent other stuff and maybe those other things nothing really stands out unless it's a limiting factor for you but probably whatever that last 5 percent feeds back into improving that 50 percent that's the workout so that model sound kind
