When Church Isn't Safe

Jenna: For some women, church gets hard or it becomes downright unsafe due to religious trauma. Janna: I'm an active member of the church but even I have slowly begun to see that I think I have some religious trauma. When I hear people preach about preside over the pulpit and Sunday school classes, I walk out of the meeting. Jenna: There's more attention being paid to the physiology of trauma and recognizing how it does live in the body.
