The Importance of Individualization in Exercise Training
I think in respecting those individual differences the same with breathing techniques is like there's I sort of say there's that umbrella of like okay we know that like our nervous system is affected by X, Y and Z. The nose is going to be better than the mouth but that's the individual cadences that we work on when we do these things. It doesn't matter what kind of exercise activity you're doing you need to have an outcome orientated approach to that training so as we've just done today it was down regulation and looking at our sort of sleep ways that we're able to better.
