How do you like actually make sure that you are taking the time to enjoy it? I know mentioned like clearing your calendar and doing that kind of stuff, but when you're on the ground, what are you keeping in mind yet? It's really tricky. Meredith, i think what i've gotten better about doing, especially when it is sortof partially a work trip, is to gnawt over book myself. So i think it's maybe being a little bit more intentional with your schedule. You know, if you're the type of person that sees a welnus trip is hiking and then swimming with the dolphins and then getting a massage, and then, you know, it sucks
