The plan must be individualized, strength based and should address cultural and linguistic needs. The entire point is that you don't get paid for this unless there's a problem. As soon as you solve the problem, you don't getting paid for it anymore. And the care is uncovered. This is the nightmare fuel that we are that we are living in.
