Cross Functional Needs Are Widely Different
Cross functional stuff is widely so there's two, two ways to get at that. I think maybe aaron has more. Some things that are cross functional aren't persistent. Everything doesn't have to become a circle or pot or anything else. But the other piece of it is, sometimes there are real cross functional needs that are more persistent. And this usually looks like a team of teams. It probably for real a supercircle like it probably sits on top of marketing and development and and end. That makes a lot of sense because this is something that i've seen, for example, an index.
