The Brothers to the Rescue
Brothers to the Rescue was a team of volunteer pilots. Its mission was to assist and rescue refugees emigrating to the United States. The group had been dropping leaflets into Cuba in an effort to spread their anti-castro message. Now there are American bodies in the Strait of Florida, civilians. At best, this was a severe international incident. At worst, it was an act of war.
