There's this almost obsession with next feature, next feature,next feature. It feels like on many teams having to almost fight a battle to say we need to devote some energy to keeping things clean. I've encountered a lot of pushback over the years when I bring that up because that's not feature work. You know, no one can see the difference from those activities. Whereas if we look at it as carrying capabilities, then it starts to become obvious that, yeah, we need to adjust the strap sometimes and repack the backpack.
