The Limits of Church Discipline

Lance: I think the the expository counseling idea that mark rags doing for his project at masters right now is going to make that council live in in their heart. He says i don't counsel people outside my local church unless their pastor or uh an elder or someone in leadership it could be an associate pastor comes with them and we sit down together so that we're all learning and growing together.
