The Importance of Drop Sets
Drop sets is the easiest one to discuss. I can't find something that's going to show where a drop set or myo reps or clusters or any type of intensification technique is somehow giving me a greater hypertrophy stimulus, then straight sets with longer rest periods. It really depends on the implementation right and when they're done in the workout and how you do them.
