So then when you understand all those concepts, I think putting together a business case for analytics use cases is feasible; you just have to think from that mindset. The minute you say, okay, you're asking for funding for this project for the next year, can you tell me what did we achieve? What was the value of doing it in this year to begin with? That's where you can be a leader pretty quickly.
