When you're building software's a service like trustworthy, i think there's a lot of expectations about the margins that you should have in this kind of business. We purposely do things that we know are not scalable, that won't scale. And we did it to learn more about our members. Initially, the only way you could get into trustworthy was a going through onboarding session with one of our concierge team. If you go through the sort of hand helld version of that on boarding, it's more than double the conversion rate for our business.
