I think what you shared is actually a modern condition. A lot of us aren't in our bodies. And it's a byproduct of our culture. From the moment we wake up, like my phone is my alarm clock. So going into the cognition, going into the thinking is a safety mechanism. It's integrated, but it's begins in the body. Integration is really the practice of somatic mindfulness. and it's to come back home to the body again.
