The Red Silox: A Non-Touristy Project
The Red Silox are worth $4.5 billion, so this is not a small project by any stretch of the imagination. The MGM 5000 seat club is almost invisible architecturally within what they're doing. And it's absolutely stunning the acts they've brought in so far as they begin to build it out in a non touristy way. They're clearly modeling their big new thing in Pittsburgh is the score board that hangs down over center. It costs like the GDP of Delaware.
