How Do You Find a Good Provider?

Psychological safety is worth looking at and exploring as a discipline on its own. How do you find a good provider? What are the claims that they're actually making? Is it 15 time return on investment? These are legitimate things that have come across my desk more than one occasion. Are they claiming to be evidence based? If they're saying that they're evidence based, ask for the evidence.
