Is There a Consistent Way to Be More Pro Active?

There's a growth there towards a subtle awareness, multi dimensional consciousness. We're not going to make much progress if that's our methodology. So our methodology has to be more pro active. And the only a consistent way you can do it is through modifications of your consciousness. That seems to me the primary area where most people can move toward being more pro active in their engagement.
