i don't think there's a problem with people just sharing information, but if you'renot going to cite it, don't say it's science backed or it's researched. And be explicit and say, this is my opinion. This isn't like, factal in any way. If you don't know about something and you want to do a video or want to share an article about something, contact them. Talk to them. Say your interest.
