Our behaviour is affected by all sorts of things in the brain. So whether you're engaged in a happy situation or just watching it on t b, the brain can experience it in a very similar way. There's an empathy network in your brain that gets activated. And there are these signals coming in to us, whether it's old fashion or things that we're viewing, that can actually activate these empathy networks and cause us to go on and be kinder.
