ConvertKit - What Should We Build Next?

Nathan: I use ConvertKit as a customer, like not every day, but at least three or four days a week. And so you just understand it. It's not an intellectual exercise of what should we build next. Oh, tell me about what's frustrating. We ask all of those questions. But when you encounter it yourself, you know, oh, I see how from the design and Figma what got lost in translation through to the execution. So I'm much more like, don't just talk to the customers, take them out for coffee,. Don't just analyze the data, like use it yourself. Like, I guess the softer side of all things product.
