Don't Respond to Other People's Judgments

If you know that hearing other people's opinions and judgment is going to get in your head, is going to mess with you, it's going to bum you out. It deflates all of us. But do you realize it's your responsibility to block that stuff out? And that includes those people who, if you ask me, i think we need to question their motivation. I find that those people are some of the most insecure. They're usually threatened by you in some way, like their intimidated by so they want, i like, knock you down a notch for whatever reason.
