Is It Productivity That Matters?
I feel like the most happy friends I have are the ones who work at companies where their performance is very empirical. Like if they get the work done, then that's all that matters. It doesn't matter whether or not they're sitting in their bums for eight hours a day doing busy work. My work at remote, it's very async which is interesting because if you can avoid a meeting, they want you to avoid a meeting. Just get your work done whenever you can. Stick to slack messages and loom videos if you have to communicate something but otherwise try to be async as possible.
