Mo Parker is a self-confessed 'techy' man. He started out as an A&E technician, but now has his own tech firm. His biggest breakthrough came when he persuaded a surgeon to get a Palm Pilot. The doctor bought one and began telling everyone in the hospital about it. Mo says that if you make people happy by showing them how technology can help their problem then they become evangelists for new technologies.
