The bougie didn't help when VL was used at least on these operators and systems. We did kick around the idea of hyperangulated because some centers have intubators that use the bougie with hyperangulated but just you know talking with other airway practitioners it's just technically more difficult to muddy the waters. And dove tailing into the issue of video and direct laryngoscopy. The people who do it I would love to see their data to see what the success is like and their techniques are like.
