How Do You Know When You've Made a Better Decision?
I don't think one outcome on its own is enough to validate a decision. It's probably when you feel that you've arrived at a better place and it's been checked rigorously through a good process. But I've also never seen process alone get very far. It needs an engine. The kills are saying, stop, I'm going to keep going, kills. Two last questions. One is from Robin online.
