Are You Soliciting This Feedback From the Wrong People?

I was just trying to get validation. And i wanted all these gold stars from people, like, oh, give me a gold star. I didn't know very many on pines at the time. Um, i was only in a few peer groups of lunch pines. But i really do senta the words that i speak to women in business. That doesn't mean i'm excluding, um, non binary people or men,. but it's just that i'm not centring men in my work."
