Is There a Male Hormonal Contraceptive?
The Queen's Medical Research Institute is based in Edinburgh. Richard has a slide dating back to the 1930s showing how testosterone affects sperm count. By early 2000s, researchers were working with a different recipe for a male hormonal contraceptive. A combination of two different drugs that were given as separate injections in trial. But theoretically, in future product could be mixed together to be in this as a single product.
