Russian Ships Launching Missiles on Ukrainian Territories

The number of Russian ships capable of launching missiles on Ukrainian territory from the Black Sea has increased. At least four people were killed, 18 wounded in Russia's missile barrage against residential areas in Kramatorsk. CNN's Repleikken and his team were heading to the scene when one of the strikes actually hit one of the second missiles.
