Patreon is not very sex positive as most platforms are. When you start collecting money and connection with sex, people get uncomfortable. We found a way around that we created a password protected page on our website. And then we would give our subscribers on Patreon the password, which renewed every month. On that page, they could find fairly short videos of me walking naked on the beach or having a gangbang at desire.
