Vinny Dotolo is a Los Angeles-based chef and restaurateur, recognized for his contributions to the city’s food scene. Vinny has been accredited with several awards including Food & Wine’s Best New Chef (2009) and James Beard (2016) for “Best Chef West” for animal restaurant, which closed in 2023.
