Is China Building a Miltry Base?

The greatest threat that we're facing right now is climate. It's pandemics. If we end up in this yet another cold war, we ruin already small chances of being able to do something constructive on climate. But just tripling down on the military side, its canne like missing the point of what the century is going to be about. I meann it actually said that term, i think, twice in that article. It wasn't a mistake. And our response was essentially that that concept doesn't even exist. So we're thinking that that's the direction they're going and they're not at all. They're focusing on something completely different.
