Is Bob a Platform for Machine Learning?

Bob is more like a platform for your orchestration. It's this raw API, data driven API and then you build around it. So we have seen some users of Bob that some very out of the ordinary machine learning tools. They're like, okay, this model needs to learn 70 times, has to fail 40 times. These can be encoded really well in Bob. This happens called that.
