Vikram Rion: I heard my kids talking. They were just saying like, this is a trip of a lifetime. And you know, we can, the sabbatical is not for everybody necessarily. But if we can just ask ourselves what are the small changes we can make in our life now, right? When I was on call, when I would go on call, I told my kids I was doing it because I wanted to, not because I had to.
