Dobutome vs Melvernon?
Dobutome may cause a bit more tacicartia in avrthmes, whereas melbernon may cause less hypotention. One problem with melvernon that i've encountered is, in renal function, it can accumulate. So someone turns on melvernon, and then eight hours later, the melernon just all accumulates in the patient's blood pressure tanks. But however you want to do it, like some sort of profusion measure, i think that's the way to go.
