Is There a Difference Between Answers and Advice?

A lot of people when they give advice, are giving advice from their experience. So the advice they give may not be useful at all. I was going to say is to bring it into the answers and advice. A lot of suggestions or techniques are built from one idea, one way of thinking. And that is often so much more powerful than telling you what to do.
