I encourage people to just take a piece of paper and if you were to write a timeline of your spiritual life, oftentimes it's around the sacraments. And at that point, I invite them even something different because oftentimes we don't necessarily make a distinction between the sacrament or the church and Christ. It just gets to what has God done in my life? How has he changed me? That can be a powerful means if we just did that more often.
