The Referee's Decision to Send a Free Kick or a Penalty on Somerville?

Keith strowd is a grass that's what i'm saying, amongst other crimes. The reff could either give a free kick, or he could give a penalty, and then vi will step in and tell him if he's wrong on either of those things. I don't know if it was necessarily wo'd have to get more information an how long marsh was doing that for,. exactly what language he was using. But  i would not be surprised if all the referees will know what he's like by now, because te law snitches talk, don't they? Well, also, words will have got around.
